1. All areas in which a product is directly exposed to environment meet class 1,00,000 classification.( m 6.5 or iso class 8 or class d)

2. Dispensing of raw materials done under reverse laminar air flow stations for product and operator safety.

3. Fresh filtered air is provided for non critical areas

4. Temperature control is provided wherever necessary in crtitical or non critical areas.

5. Validation of the ventilation systems is done once in a year.

6. Air quality is tested by using settle plate count method and centrifugal sampling on a monthly basis.
